House Fire

19:56 hrs (7:56pm)

On the evening on Thursday March 17, 2016 just before 8pm the Livingston Police Dept received a call reporting a residential house fire at this location. A general alarm was sounded and arriving chief officers reported fire venting through the roof. Engine 5 arrived on scene first and established a continuous water supply and stretched an attack line and a back up handline. Additional appartus arrived on scene and companies went to work on an aggressive interior attack. The fire was knocked down within 10 minutes and no injuries to the residents or firefighters was reported.


Engine 5 first due arrived just after chief officers to find fire venting from the roof on the A/D corner


Attack lines are being put in place by firefighters to begin making an interior attack.


As ground louders are put in place, heavy fire can be seen venting from the roof


Interior crews have water on the fire. Streams can be seen near the chimney where firefighters were knocking down fire from division 2

With the fire now knock down, firefighters are in the process of rotating crews due to excessive overhaul.
